You'll never say "dagnabit" when you shop at BAGNABIT!!
Bagnabit started in very early 2008 as a mother/daughter duo in Ashland, Ohio. It began as an idea to create a site where people can find really neat bags and jewelry for a reasonable price. Our main goal was to offer items that are more unique than anything you can usually find in a local store.
We, here at Bagnabit, have always been very appreciative of the arts and anything that is handmade or hand crafted. We have even crafted some of the bags and jewelry on the site ourselves!! After starting up the website, we began to discover artists from around the world who crafted jewelry from all sorts of natural materials. From that came the Handmade in Kenya and Latin America pages. The work on these pieces is truly amazing and inspiring!!
We have also developed a friendship with our local Amish community who make beautiful baskets. Baskets aren't exactly related to bags and jewelry, but being huge fans of craftiness, we decided to offer these as well. We highly support helping out other local businesses, so buying from the Amish seemed perfect!
Now that the website has progressed and time has passed, the new goal of Bagnabit is to focus way more on artistic products, handmade crafts, custom embroidery and garment printing, and anything just awesome. Bagnabit will soon be offering its own clothing line and a couple new bag lines - all designed and created here at Bagnabit!! (THings you literally will not find in any other store.)
We recently opened a retail location in the Richland Mall in Mansfield, OH.
Bagnabit has now taken part in a printwear tradeshow in Indianapolis and has purchased a direct-to-garment printer, as well as using a 12 needle embroidery machine. The sky is really the limit for what this site can offer!!
